Position Cloud Security Engineer – Microsoft Security & Infrastructure ( Manager) Location Bangalore Experience 10 Year About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft security technologies, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud security architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure. The role requires hands-on implementation experience across Microsoft security platforms, security operations, identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud governance, and enterprise infrastructure security. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, implementing, hardening, and managing enterprise-grade security solutions in hybrid and cloud environments while working closely with infrastructure, networking, SOC, compliance, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities Cloud & Microsoft Security Design, implement, and manage Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments Configure and administer Microsoft security platforms including: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Microsoft Defender for Cloud Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Intune Microsoft Purview Implement security baselines, conditional access, MFA, zero trust architecture, and privileged access controls Perform cloud security assessments, posture reviews, and remediation activities Develop and implement cloud governance, compliance, and security standards Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Security Secure and manage: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive O365 administration and security configurations Implement email security, anti-phishing, DLP, information protection, and insider risk controls Configure secure collaboration and data sharing policies Infrastructure & Enterprise Security Strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure security including: Windows Server Active Directory DNS/DHCP Virtualization platforms Endpoint security Network security Proxy/Web security VPN technologies Conduct hardening activities for servers, endpoints, cloud workloads, and identity infrastructure Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams for secure architecture implementations Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or infrastructure security Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security stack Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environments Strong expertise in identity and access management Experience implementing security controls in enterprise environments Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation ( good to have) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What We Are Looking For Strong ownership mindset Ability to work independently in enterprise environments Hands-on implementation capability rather than only governance exposure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
