Title: SAP - GRC Location: Bangalore/Chennai Exp: 6+ years Job Description: Key Responsibilities & Skills: " Extensive experience in ECC and S/4HANA Role Design, Administration, and Maintenance. " Strong expertise in configuring SAP GRC Access Control modules, including: o Access Risk Analysis o Emergency Access Management o Access Request Management " Ability to create design documents in collaboration with business teams for Security and GRC activities. " Proven experience in leading and coordinating teams for successful implementation of Security and GRC tasks, anticipating dependencies across teams. " In-depth knowledge of: o Risk Remediation & Process Controls o SOX compliance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), GDPR o Business Process Controls, IT General Controls, and IT Governance. " Understanding of audit processes (internal/external), including: o Supporting audits by providing accurate information and data. o Mitigating or resolving identified deficiencies and gaps. " Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills. " Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. " Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and resolve issues effectively. " Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively. Strong relationship-building skills within the organization and with external partners.(AI & ML)
