Product: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)
CTC: Up to 8,00,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in LAP / BLAP sales
A reputed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in its Business Loan Against Property (BLAP) portfolio across Lucknow and Varanasi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in LAP sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand the BLAP portfolio in assigned regions.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
