What You Will Own Revenue & Pipeline ● Carry and exceed an annual revenue target for the Salesforce Services practice in India. ● Hunt — identify, qualify, and convert new logos across enterprise and mid-market accounts. ● Build a disciplined pipeline using a structured sales methodology. ● Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospecting, discovery, solutioning with pre-sales, proposal, negotiation, and close. (You will have solutions and pre-sales support to back you up) ● Keep forecast hygiene tight; present pipeline status to leadership with clarity and honesty. Salesforce Ecosystem & Co-Sell ● Build strong working relationships with Salesforce India — AEs, RVPs, Alliance Managers — to drive co-sell motions and referrals. ● Get fluent in the Salesforce portfolio: Especially in the Agentforce Revenue Management, Slack and Agentforce along with the core Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud. ● Work shoulder-to-shoulder with pre-sales and delivery to craft proposals that win. ● Show up at Salesforce events, summits, and industry forums — be visible, be remembered. Client Relationships ● Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CXOs, business heads, and procurement stakeholders. ● Be the strategic advisor — connect client pain points to the right Salesforce-led transformation play. ● Expand existing accounts; protect and grow what we have already won.
Market Development ● Build and execute a territory plan for India, with sharp focus on Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, and Real Estate. ● Bring market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer voice back into the business. What You Bring ● A proven hunter's track record — you have personally sourced, owned, and closed deals. Not assisted.
Owned. You can point to specific wins and walk through exactly how you made them happen. ● The presence to command the room — you can hold the room with a CXO and the trenches with a technical buyer with equal ease. Confident, articulate, composed. ● B2B sales experience in technology or services — you have spent enough time in the field to know how enterprise deals actually move, and you are still hungry enough to chase every one yourself. ● A strong academic foundation — a top engineering or business school background is strongly preferred. ● Knowledge of the India enterprise market — buyer behavior, procurement cycles, regional dynamics. ● Willingness to travel extensively across India and own outcomes end-to-end. ● Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.
This role is based out of our Hyderabad office. Bonus Points For ● Experience selling Salesforce implementation, customization, or managed services. ● Existing relationships in the Salesforce India GTM or Alliances team. ● Background in a Salesforce SI, ISV, or consulting partner organization. ● Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent). ● Entrepreneurial DNA — you have built a territory or book of business from zero before.
