Role Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Incharge to manage store inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, support replenishment, and maintain smooth coordination between warehouse and store teams. The role requires strong operational control, attention to detail, and coordination with multiple stakeholders

Roles and ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily inventory movement, stock availability, and replenishment requirementsMaintain accurate stock records in the inventory management systemConduct cycle counts, stock audits, and physical verification activitiesCoordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and sales teams for timely stock movementEnsure proper inward and outward processing of inventoryIdentify stock discrepancies, damages, shrinkage, and take corrective actionsTrack slow-moving, non-moving, and fast-selling inventoryEnsure proper storage standards and stock organization within the storeSupport store operations during promotions, launches, and seasonal activitiesPrepare inventory and stock reports for management reviewEnsure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes

Preferred Background

Experience in retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or FMCG stores1-3 years of experience in inventory/store operationsGraduate preferred
