ResponsibilitiesAs the Assistant Vice President - Client Reporting, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Overseeing end-to-end client reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of professionals to deliver high-quality financial reporting solutions.Liaising with clients to understand their reporting requirements and guide the delivery team towards exceeding expectations.Monitoring compliance to financial standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.Working closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize reporting efficiency.Developing and implementing consistent operational standards.Anticipating & resolving issues effectively to meet stringent deadlines.Staying abreast of the latest trends, software, and tools in client and financial reporting. RequirementsWe are looking for a self-motivated leader with the following qualifications and skills:A minimum of 12 years' experience in financial/client reporting and related roles.A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field.Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication skills to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.High level of proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and reporting software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.
