Brainware University - Hiring: Research Associate-I (RA-I)

Position: Research Associate-IProject: "Examining the Cognitive Cost of Smartphone Use and the Benefits of Digital Abstinence in Academic Settings"

Location: Brainware University, Barasat Campus, Kolkata, West BengalVacancy: 1Salary: 58,000/- per month + 30% HRADuration: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years based on performance)

Essential Qualification:Ph.D. in Psychology / Cognitive Science / Related DisciplineDesirable Qualification:Research publications in peer-reviewed journalsExperience in experimental or cognitive research

Key Responsibilities:Implementation and coordination of project activitiesData collection, experimental tasks, and statistical analysisReport writing, documentation, and publication supportConducting academic/field-based research activitiesAny other work assigned by the Principal Investigator

Eligibility:Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skillsPrior experience in cognitive psychology or behavioral research preferred
