Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Join a leading telecommunications company as a TSA Compliance Analyst , playing a key role in supporting security, risk, and regulatory compliance across a high-profile Telecoms Security Act (TSA) programme. Job Overview As a TSA Compliance Analyst , you will support the organisation’s adherence to TSA requirements, with a particular focus on supply chain security and asset management controls. The role involves reviewing, challenging, and validating compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements, while contributing to continuous improvement of assurance and reporting practices.

Role Details Location: Reading (hybrid – twice per week on-site) Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35) Contract Length: 26 weeks (with visibility to extend) Key Responsibilities Identify non-compliance, control gaps, and inconsistencies, and support remediation activities Review and assess TSA compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TSA measures and their practical application Support consistent interpretation and implementation of TSA requirements across the organisations Key Requirements Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or assurance roles (TSA experience beneficial but not essential) Strong understanding of working with regulatory frameworks and defined compliance measures Proven ability to review processes, systems, and documentation against requirements Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contractual or formal documentation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve compliance issues effectively Start Date: ASAP
