Role Description An opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time Private Client Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE, the role is located in Aylesbury. We will also consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive who has experience working in a Private Client department. As a Private Client fee earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships. Qualifications To apply for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.
