We're Hiring Regional Manager - Ocean Freight Mumbai

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the West Region Sea Logistics operations covering Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Pune branches.

Location: Mumbai CTC: 15-25 LPA Notice Period: Max 30 Days Preferred

What We're Looking For: 10+ years in Freight Forwarding / Sea Logistics Experience managing a team of 15-20 members Strong exposure to regional operations management Expertise in customer retention, operational excellence & productivity management Strong understanding of P&L, GP, forecasting & operational KPIs Ability to drive SOPs, process improvements & service delivery standards Systems savvy with operational reporting tools MBA in Logistics preferred

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Ocean Freight operations for West Region Drive operational efficiency and productivity targets Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships Handle resource planning, hiring & team development Monitor operational risks and ensure compliance Improve customer experience and retention strategies Drive performance through SOPs, KPIs & continuous improvements

Candidates currently in Sr. Manager / Regional leadership roles with strong freight forwarding experience are highly preferred.
