Real Estate Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential fix-and-flip projects in the Orlando area. Responsibilities Manage renovation projects from start to finish Coordinate contractors, vendors, and inspections Monitor budgets, timelines, and project quality Provide regular progress updates with photos and reports Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Requirements Experience managing residential renovation or construction projects Strong contractor and vendor management skills Excellent communication and organization Ability to visit project sites throughout Orlando, FL Knowledge of fix-and-flip projects is a plus Position Type: Contract / Project-Based (with potential for ongoing work) #J-18808-Ljbffr
