Become a vital member of Pro-Western Mechanical Ltd. as a Project Scheduler. This crucial role focuses on schedule management and project control, utilizing Microsoft Project for our mechanical project portfolio. As a Project Scheduler, you will report directly to the VP of Operations, maintaining and updating project schedules across various initiatives.
With a strong emphasis on performance tracking and deliverable monitoring, your work will drive operational decisions. You will collaborate with project teams, ensuring timely updates and risk identification to streamline projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project • Monitor critical path and milestones across active projects • Track outstanding action items and deliverable updates • Prepare reports for the VP of Operations on project statuses • Support manpower projections based on workload requirements Requirements: • 3+ years in project controls or scheduling • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel • Understanding of project reporting and construction sequencing • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple project priorities Manage project schedules and enhance operational efficiency at Pro-Western Mechanical Ltd. #J-18808-Ljbffr
