What you will do

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in our journey to make onboarding, investing easily accessible and affordable to all millennials. You will be conceptualizing and executing ideas that create values for Angel One users. The job will involve understanding customer requirements, creating workflows, and coordinating with design, engineering, marketing & operation teams

Define, own and drive key success metrics within the Broking Product.Track and analyze performance and constantly identify improvements to drive maximum usage, achieve business objectives and create a world-class product experience.Design & own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launchCollaborate with design team and guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinkingCollaborate with Data Analytics team and guide their investments in data analysis for a high impact conversational, prediction, and personalization strategyGet your hands dirty to achieve in depth understanding of complex internal systems and identify areas of improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiencyCollaborate with internal business verticals to drive core org KPIs, crystallize problems/goals into concrete requirements and convert them into clear actionable itemsManage daily interaction with the tech team to clear their doubts if any in the product requirement documents.Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, collaborating to create wireframes, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.Gather, review, and interpret qualitative & quantitative data to uncover new product insights.Ability to drive PAT , DAT & UAT along with QA teamTake product ownership through the entire development cycle, from concept, design and development, through to launch and achieving business impactAbility to take initiative and address something hands-on - you persevere when others give up.

What you are

Engineering / Management degree from a Tier 1 institutionMin 4+ yrs of overall work experience in Product Management in Consumer-oriented tech startupsTrack record in driving core Product KPIs with measurable delta achievedObsession with the mission to improve customer experienceProficiency in data analyticsExperience of building new age B2C products for large scaleStrong hold on technical skillsData-driven decision- making abilitySharp User Research skills - conducting Usability Testing , User interviews & A/B TestingAbility to conceptualize, manage and prioritize tasksExcellent Stakeholder management skillsAmazing verbal and written communication skills
