What You'll DoProduct Design & DevelopmentDesign innovative FEC attractions and recreational equipment based on market trends and client requirementsDevelop concepts, layouts, mock-ups, and detailed designs using tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUpCreate engaging indoor and outdoor play experiences that balance creativity, functionality, and user experienceContribute to the development of new products and attraction concepts

Engineering & Manufacturing IntegrationEnsure designs are optimized for manufacturing, assembly, durability, and cost efficiencySelect appropriate materials based on performance, safety, and commercial requirementsCollaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the development process

Safety & ComplianceDesign products in accordance with international safety standards, including ASTM and EN requirementsConduct risk assessments and integrate safety considerations into all design stagesEnsure products meet quality, performance, and compliance expectations

Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Project teamsSupport client proposals through conceptual layouts, visual presentations, and design solutionsParticipate in client discussions and project development activities

Research & InnovationStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor productsConduct market research and contribute to innovation initiativesIdentify opportunities to enhance product performance and customer experience

Prototyping & TestingSupport prototype development and testing activitiesEvaluate product performance and user feedbackRefine and improve designs through iterative development

What We're Looking ForQualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Product Design or a related fieldExperience5 to 12+ years of experience in Product DesignExperience within Family Entertainment Centres, playgrounds, recreational products, sports equipment, or structural systems is highly desirableProven track record of bringing products from concept through manufacturing

Required SkillsDesign & EngineeringStrong understanding of design principles and ergonomicsKnowledge of structural design conceptsExpertise in materials and manufacturing processesAbility to develop practical and manufacturable solutions
