Process Engineer

Job Description At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Process Engineers to join our dedicated team at your office in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad locations. I.

Technical Prepare Basic Process / URS package given by client. Utility Generation capacity Estimation & Design Basis Develop Block Diagrams /Process Flow Diagrams for Process and Utilities. Develop Piping & Instrumentation diagrams for Process, Utilities & Tank farm Systems.

Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Fabricated & Bought out Plant Equipment covering Reactors, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers & Storage Tanks etc.. Process Calculations like pipe sizing for Liquid, Steam & Gas Services. Pump Head selection, Storage Tank Vent sizing, Nitrogen Blanketing for Storage Tanks.

Develop Control logic & Process Interlocks for Smooth Process Operations Preparation of technical and commercial bid analysis and technical recommendation. Review / Approval of various documents submitted by suppliers for Process Equipment Participation in Hazop Studies. Knowledge of pharma layout & guidelines.

Knowledge of basic engineering drawings for pharma requirement. Knowledge of Plant 3D, AutoCAD and Revit software Familiar with design software for process. II.Managerial Responsible to liaise with Clients, System Suppliers and Engineers of various disciplines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. III. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 03+ years of experience. Masters in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 02+ years of experience.
