Position DetailsPosition: Piping Design EngineerQualification: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical / Chemical)Experience: 5 - 8 Years Role OverviewPiping Design Engineer with strong experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D.Key Responsibilities & SkillsGood understanding of Pipe fittings, components, and Pipe materialsKnowledge of ASME codes and Standards, Pipe fittings, and materialsPreparation of 2D Piping conceptual layout in AutoCADPreparation of Basic Plant / Site layouts, General arrangement drawings, etc.3D Modeling related to Equipment, Piping and Civil/Structures using AutoCAD Plant 3DPreparing all types of Piping deliverables such as Plot Plans, Piping Layouts, Equipment Layouts, Isometrics, and othersBill of materials generation in Plant 3D and creation of templates for BOM in Plant 3D report creatorCandidate with prior experience of working on Plant 3D Spec Editor will be an added advantageExpertise in designing and modeling Pipe Racks along with associated Secondary SupportsPiping Specs, Specialty Items customization & catalogues preparationTroubleshooting of Plant 3D user level and advanced user level problemsWorking experience of review software Navisworks
