This 13-month contract position focuses on providing analytical support for marketing campaigns, particularly within the Lottery program. Candidates should have strong skills in data analysis, segmentation, and visualization. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze customer behavior and implement segmentation strategies • Complete performance reports using BigQuery and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Support multi-channel Direct Marketing campaign planning • Document new data protocols for knowledge sharing • Ensure data integrity in interactions with external partners
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of analytics or data management experience • Proficient in data visualization with Power BI or Tableau • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and DAX • Experience with CRM systems and Cloud Analytics • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies
