About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee our national Equipment Services operations. This role leads a mobile team of field technicians and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Lead and optimize national field service operations to meet service level agreements and customer expectations Manage technician scheduling, territories, and productivity using Salesforce (FSL) Oversee inventory, equipment repairs, and budget performance Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices Ensure timely resolution of service issues and clear client communication Collaborate with Dispatch and Finance to ensure accurate billing and service delivery Leadership & Team Development Manage performance, recruitment, training, and development of technicians and vendors Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards Coach and develop team members to support career growth What You Bring 10+ years of experience in equipment or facilities operations (leadership level) Proven ability to lead field teams and manage third-party vendors Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment Additional Requirements Willingness to travel across Canada Flexibility to support rotational shifts as needed Why Join Us Opportunity to lead national operations with high impact Collaborative, fast-paced environment Focus on growth, innovation, and continuous improvement French is an asset
