Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues • Install and configure various IT hardware devices • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Requirements: • Diploma or degree in IT or related field • 1–3 years of experience in IT support • Strong knowledge of Windows OS • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration • Excellent communication and customer service skills
