Location: Onsite / Office Attendance Required Experience: 5–7 Years Job Summary: Navsan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Hybrid IT Support Engineer who will function across both Desktop Support and Service Desk operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-user support, Microsoft ecosystem administration, device provisioning, and incident management.
This role requires regular office attendance and close coordination with global teams and business users. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 technical support for end users across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting through the service desk platform Manage Microsoft 365 administration including user provisioning, licensing, mailbox support, and troubleshooting Perform Windows device provisioning using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune Support Azure AD / Entra ID user and device management activities Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, printer, and connectivity issues Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Support meeting room and collaboration technologies when required Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards Work closely with infrastructure and security teams for escalations and issue resolution Required Skills & Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Desktop Support and Service Desk operations Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and licensing Experience with Microsoft Autopilot provisioning and Intune device management Good understanding of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITSM processes Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise support environment Preferred Skills: Exposure to basic networking and endpoint security tools ITIL certification is an advantage Experience supporting global users is preferred
