Interior Design Project Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of premium interior projects - from partial design to full handover. You'll be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery, flawless quality, and an exceptional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete project execution - timelines, budgets, and qualityReview and interpret 2D/3D drawings across civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplinesIdentify design gaps, potential site issues, and mitigate risks proactivelyPrepare detailed project schedules and track dependenciesConduct regular site inspections (in person and remotely) to maintain quality standardsAct as the bridge between clients, designers, and site teamsShare timely project updates and weekly progress reports with all stakeholdersAnalyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvementsMaintain vendor relationships and resolve operational challenges quicklyEnsure checklists, work methods, and SOPs are followed at every stage What We're Looking ForGraduate in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management5+ years of experience in Project Management, Site Execution, or OperationsStrong understanding of home renovation workflows and design feasibilityProcess-driven mindset with great problem-solving and communication skillsHands-on with Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven decision-making is a plusSelf-starter with high ownership, learning agility, and an eye for detailExperience with fast-paced, operations-focused startups is an advantage
