Job Title HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Boston office – primary in‑office 4 days per week) Responsibilities Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and candidate communication. Partner with recruiters on all aspects of the recruiting process. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate and interview team experience. Oversee execution of video and in‑person interviews; manage Zoom/MS Teams meetings and interview spaces. Track interview activity and collect candidate feedback in Workday.
Assist with candidate travel and reimbursement as needed. Generate and distribute routine Talent Acquisition status reports. Provide backup support for Campus Programs interview scheduling and candidate management.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–2+ years of HR coordination experience in financial services. Proficiency in scheduling multiple calendars in MS Outlook and in Talent Acquisition processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to navigate change and adapt to quickly changing priorities. Strong client focus, action orientation, and creative problem‑solving.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience producing Excel reporting. Experience with Workday is preferred. Salary & Benefits Base salary: $55k–$70k + annual bonus target.
