Proficient in various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM using Python, SAS, R, LISREL etc.The team is a blend of domain experts, statisticians and programmers who are engaged with clients to solve HR business problems and also develop assets through innovation.
Core Competencies: Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey dataShould have worked on building advanced analytics statistical modelsHR Analytics experience (Good-to-have but Not Mandatory)Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced - machine learning, forecasting) - 10+ yearsProficient in Python6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagementProject management experienceGood client communications (verbal and written)Experience of working with offshore teamsStrong team handling experience
