Work closely and effectively with the Governing Body. Manage the school's budget and resources efficiently. Inspire, motivate and empower staff to achieve high standards and expectations.
Communicate clearly in both Welsh and English. Foster relationships with families and the wider community. Qualifications and Experience Committed to excellence in education.
Passionate about the Welsh language and Welsh culture. Strategic thinker with a clear vision. Professional leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
Inspiring leader who empowers and motivates others. Strong communication skills to inspire children, parents and staff. Ability to work with a Welsh medium environment and achieve Welsh language level 5.
Applicants for first Headteacher appointment must hold the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship). Other Requirements Successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check with Barred List Disclosure. Legal requirement to consider employees for suitable alternative employment if posts are at risk.
