Job Overview:We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by handling guest interactions, addressing queries, managing feedback, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build strong guest relationships. Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous mannerEnsure smooth guest handling and maintain a positive customer experienceHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectivelyCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely guest serviceMaintain guest records and follow-up communicationsAssist in reservation handling and guest coordination when requiredPromote hospitality standards and enhance guest satisfactionMaintain proper grooming, etiquette, and professional conductSupport front office and operational activities as neededEnsure a warm and welcoming environment for all guestsRequired Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilitiesCustomer service-oriented mindsetPresentable personality with professional etiquetteAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office and operational coordinationEligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline preferredPrior experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or customer service will be an added advantageFreshers with strong communication skills may also apply
