Job OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, agency-bred leader for the role of Group Head - Paid Social. In this role, you will hold end-to-end strategic ownership of 4+ enterprise-level BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) client accounts, driving performance while scaling a high-executing media team.Key ResponsibilitiesBFSI Campaign Ownership: Lead end-to-end paid social strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) tailored to complex financial products like credit cards, loans, insurance, and investments.Media Planning & Optimization: Architect media plans for large-scale monthly budgets, continuously optimizing to improve CPA and maximize ROAS.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing executives/managers to ensure high-quality execution.Client Management: Act as the primary strategic partner for senior financial stakeholders, presenting performance reviews and growth pitches.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, data, and analytics teams to build compliant, high-converting ad assets and robust attribution setups.RequirementsExperience: 4+ years of core Paid Social / Performance Marketing experience.Mandatory Agency Background: Proven success managing multiple high-tier client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.Mandatory BFSI Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on experience marketing for the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors, with an intimate understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and user journeys.Scale & Depth: Proven track record of managing large budgets, advanced audience targeting (custom/lookalikes), and full-funnel lead generation.Team Handling: Demonstrated experience leading and growth-tracking mid-level marketing professionals.Technical Skills & CompetenciesPlatforms: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking.Metrics: Obsession with CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and offline conversion tracking.Compliance: Sharp awareness of BFSI advertising policies and shifting data privacy frameworks.
