Role overviewWe're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Google Ads Specialist to lead, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google properties for high-budget eCommerce and SaaS clients. You will own campaign performance end-to-end - from strategy and execution to reporting and stakeholder communication - while managing timelines and deliverables across concurrent client accounts.
What you'll doStrategy & AI-powered campaign executionPlan and execute paid media strategies across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and YouTube.Leverage AI-powered tools for predictive bidding, ad copywriting, and creative testing.Manage remarketing and audience strategies within Google Ads and Google Analytics.Performance analysis & optimisationAnalyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Ads; identify growth drivers and fix conversion leaks.Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA.Manage product feeds, bidding structures, and catalog campaigns for Google Shopping and PMax.Budget & spend managementManage multi-client PPC budgets and profitably scale ad spend while protecting ROI and ACoS.Allocate spend dynamically across Google channels based on real-time performance signals.Leverage Google Merchant Center and other eCommerce ad integrations to grow client sales.Project management & cross-team collaborationManage multiple client campaigns simultaneously - owning timelines, priorities, and deliverables across concurrent projects.Coordinate with creative, UX, and development teams to align ad creatives with landing page experiences.Use project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or similar) to track campaign milestones and maintain delivery standards.Reporting & client communicationProduce clear, actionable performance reports via Looker Studio and AI reporting tools.Translate complex metrics (ROAS, CPA, ACoS, CTR) into strategic insights for clients and senior management.Communicate proactively with clients - managing expectations, presenting results, and driving alignment on strategy.
What we're looking forExperience2-4 years managing paid search and shopping campaigns with hands-on Google Ads experience.Platform expertiseGoogle Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube), GA4, GTM, and Google Merchant Center - all hands-on.CommunicationFluent, professional English - written and verbal. Confident presenting strategy and results to clients and stakeholders.Project managementProven ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines. Comfortable with PM tools and structured workflows.Analytical mindsetObsessive focus on KPIs, ROAS, and ROI.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Bonus skillsExperience with Amazon AMS, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
