Position Summary
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing; implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by setting goals, managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures.
Identify customer and supplier concerns, consult with others, and recommend corrective actions. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, coaching, and evaluating. Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity and foster belonging.
Drive continuous improvement, adopt new technologies, and act with integrity while serving customers and members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
- 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
Associates must attend and complete all required training and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience supervising associates
- Experience as a Walmart Logistics Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also receive regional pay zone (RPZ) adjustments and stock options.
