The Opportunity We're are a lean, low-stress but highly driven team looking for a sharp, self-directed Executive Assistant to support our Partner Advisors during a maternity leave term with real potential to grow into a permanent role. This is a dynamic, high-impact role at the center of how our firm operates day to day. You'll act as the connective tissue between our advisors, portfolio managers, and clients anticipating needs, removing friction, and keeping things running seamlessly. You'll be empowered to make judgment calls, bring new ideas to the table, and leverage AI tools to work smarter, not harder.
What You'll Do Own and manage the calendars and scheduling of Partner Advisors with precision and foresight Serve as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and portfolio managers ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Handle professional correspondence, task management, and organizational workflows on behalf of senior advisors Identify and implement better ways of doing things we actively welcome process improvements Leverage AI and other digital tools/platforms to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity Provide nimble, proactive support wherever it's needed across the office What You Bring A bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years in financial services or wealth management is a meaningful asset Comfort and curiosity with digital tools and AI including CRM platforms, Notion, Claude AI, ChatGPT, and similar tools Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset A natural ability to prioritize, pivot, and manage multiple streams of work without dropping the ball Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) A high degree of autonomy you don't wait to be told what needs to be done What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Genuine flexibility we care about output, not optics Real runway for growth this term role has strong potential to become permanent
