Executive Assistant / Office Manager – Major Project Opportunity Overview We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support a major coal mining and resource development project in Alaska. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership and helping shape day-to-day operations in a growing environment. You will play a central role in driving organization, efficiency, and coordination across the business, with clear long‑term career progression.
