Candidate must be organized, polished and professional, maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, have a positive attitude as well as a friendly, outgoing personality.
Must have previous C‑Suite Level Executive Assistant experience. Position is at our Addison office and is onsite full time. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and business priorities. Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements for the CEO and company personnel. Handle confidential business and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Take meeting notes and transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently. Track assignments and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Gather tax documentation and manage monthly bill payments. Maintain accurate financial records, including balancing and reconciling check registers.
Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct reports: 1 Hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action responsibilities Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the CEO or C‑suite level. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive, can‑do approach. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Strong time management and follow‑through skills in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and special projects.
