Job Details Working hours: Monday to Friday Location: Montreal – in the office Salary: $80-100k depending on experience Position type: permanent contract Our client is a company specializing in packaging manufacturing. They are seeking a new ERP & Business Intelligence Manager for Business Central to support the evolution of their technology infrastructure and help optimize their business processes. Responsibilities Provide functional support and guidance to users in various departments regarding the use of technological tools. Help optimize processes related to production, procurement, inventory management, and operations planning. Make adjustments and customizations to the ERP system to meet business needs. Develop and maintain features, forms, reports, and interfaces to improve operational efficiency. Design and refine dashboards and performance metrics for management teams. Collaborate on integration projects between the ERP and various enterprise systems. Produce functional and technical documentation related to developments and existing processes.
