Enterprise Architect with Security Clearance

Overview

Enterprise Architect Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level. Department: Information Technology. CGS seeks an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT mission of a large-scale government enterprise's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
• Understand and integrate an organization's technologies and processes to support enterprise architecture across initiatives.
• Provide a holistic view of the enterprise from multiple perspectives, including budgeting considerations and constraint awareness.
• Advise on technical engineering practices and enhancements from prior system integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, experience, and abilities to broadly understand an organization's technologies and to work with leaders to gather information for strategic planning and IT investment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; senior-level IT competency.
• Experience with organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
• Experience with EA frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF.
• Ability to provide a holistic enterprise view for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors, with budget awareness.
• Demonstrated engineering abilities in Windows desktop applications, remote access, SQL Server, virtualization (e.g., VMware), SAN storage, cloud services, and related technologies.
• Understanding and utilization of ITIL, PMI project management, Agile, and Configuration and Change controls.
• PM or PMP certification and ITIL and CISSP credentials are desirable.
