The teamAs part of the team, you'll work with senior leaders, subject matter experts to deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most important clients. With a client-first mindset, you will align with Deloitte's businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint, bring insights and leading practices to accounts, help develop and deliver solutions to address client issues.Your work profileYou will serve as "Client Service Associate Director/Director" flexing the role you play as you deliver against account priorities, serving with:Building relationship & operate as a trusted advisor / consultant to the clientsRunning new ideas with the clients and helping them in strategizing the right solution for their business environmentUnderstanding integrated market offering (IMO)/ functional storefront and unique/ innovative solutions relevant to the clientDriving growth by developing, qualifying, and collaborating on opportunities and leveraging the appropriate specialists/resourcesCreating a multi-disciplinary model so all the businesses can collaborate and present a cohesive face to the clientActing as the principal liaison between the member organizations and the company's senior management to continue to evolve the solutions to meet the needs of the clientsIntroducing Deloitte cross-functional teams to the client and demonstrate Deloitte's deep industry/sector capabilitiesOwning client reporting and governance requirementsDeveloping and understanding of client business objectives, market dynamics, growth prioritiesSupport leadership with regular business reviews, executive presentation, planning and review sessionsEngaging client on relevant Deloitte proprietary events and programs (Convergence/ET awards) & help build the Deloitte brandPreferably working with Consumer Industry clientsKey skills required: MBA (Marketing) from reputed instituteAbility to articulate concepts to Senior LeadershipExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Strong analytical skills, good business understanding
