About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager/Associate Director with 15-18+ years of experience to lead our Veeva practice and drive transformational engagements across the life sciences industry. This is a strategic leadership position that combines deep technical expertise across multiple Veeva clouds with exceptional consulting acumen, pre-sales excellence, and practice-building capabilities.As a senior member of our consulting practice, you will architect and deliver enterprise-wide Veeva solutions, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, lead complex multi-million dollar implementations, and shape the future direction of our Veeva practice through thought leadership and team development.

Qualifications
Required Experience15-18+ years of experience in life sciences technology consulting, Veeva implementations, or equivalent enterprise software deliveryDemonstrated track record leading 5+ full lifecycle Veeva implementations across multiple cloud productsProven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformations valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreamsClient-facing consulting experience at Big 4, tier-1 consulting firms, or specialized life sciences consultancies strongly preferred
EducationBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field requiredMaster's degree (MS, MBA, MPH) or advanced degree strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Client AdvisoryLead and architect end-to-end Veeva transformation programs spanning multiple clouds (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Vault RIM, Vault Clinical, Vault Quality)Serve as trusted advisor to clients on Veeva strategy, digital transformation roadmaps, and optimization opportunitiesManage executive-level relationships (VP/C-suite) and deliver strategic presentations on business value and ROI
Pre-Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive RfP responses and proposal development for complex Veeva engagements valued at $5M+ with high win ratesConduct executive-level Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and business outcomesLead solution architecture and scoping discussions during pre-sales cyclesDevelop compelling value propositions, business cases, and ROI models that resonate with business and technology stakeholdersContribute $2M-5M+ in annual revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion
Delivery ExcellenceLead large-scale implementation programs with multiple workstreams, managing cross-functional teams of 5-15+ consultantsOversee full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare supportEnsure delivery excellence with high client satisfaction scores (NPS 8+) and on-time, on-budget execution
