Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help support customers using our betting and gaming products, making sure they have a positive experience with DragonBet.

This office-based role is in our Cardiff office and would suit someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and keeping up to date with sporting events. No extensive industry experience is required. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing Help customers through live chat and email with questions about their accounts, payments, and gameplay. Assist customers with sports betting questions and provide clear, accurate information. Support customers with account or technical issues and pass more complex problems to the appropriate team when needed.

Follow responsible gambling guidelines and company policies in all customer interactions. Help customers understand how to use our website, features, and promotions. Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve our products and services.

Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service. What We’re Looking For An interest in sports and a basic knowledge of major teams, leagues, and sporting events. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential.

A basic understanding of sports betting, or a willingness to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable using computers.

A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to help others. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays and during major sporting events. Willingness to work from our Cardiff-based office.
