Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and written inquiries professionally • Process policy changes efficiently in systems • Provide guidance on coverage and billing details • Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly • Prepare client documentation with accuracy Requirements: • Valid RIBO License is required • 1+ years in personal lines insurance • 1+ years specializing in marine insurance • Fluency in English; French is an asset • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Drive client satisfaction and support at the OTIP Group while developing your career in insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
