Hiring: Manager, Credit Management

Work location : Aero space park, Bangalore

We’re hiring for our client for a skilled Credit Manager with 5–12 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle critical and long-outstanding accounts.

• Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to recover dues.

• Coordinate with Sales and Business teams to resolve disputes affecting collections.

• Track and manage legal recovery proceedings where applicable.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections, ageing, DSO, and bad debt

exposure.

• Present collection status and recovery strategies to management.

• Support Finance in month end closing and cash flow forecasting.

• Coordinate with Legal for notices, arbitration, or litigation related to non-payment.

Experience & Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in credit control, receivables management and debt

recovery.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• High level of persistence and follow-up.

• Strong exposure to customer negotiations and dispute resolution.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.

• Ready to travel on a need basis on shorter notice

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.

• Knowledge of legal aspects of debt recovery and contract terms.
