About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, fashion-forward and business-oriented Creative Director to lead the vision, storytelling and execution of multiple brands across apparel, textiles and lifestyle categories.
This role requires someone who can bridge fashion, fabric knowledge, branding, consumer psychology and execution. The individual will be responsible for building and shaping brand identities, directing campaigns, developing creative strategies and ensuring a strong customer experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should think beyond aesthetics and understand how creativity translates into business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
Define and own the overall creative vision across all brandsBuild and maintain brand identity, positioning and storytellingEnsure consistency across online and offline communicationTranslate business goals into creative strategies
Fashion & Collection Direction
Work closely with design teams on seasonal collectionsGuide mood boards, themes, styling direction and color storiesSupport fabric selection, trims, presentation and product storytellingResearch global fashion, textile and consumer trends
Campaigns & Content
Conceptualize and direct campaigns, shoots and lookbooksLead visual storytelling for launches and collectionsCoordinate photographers, stylists, videographers, models and agenciesDevelop concepts for reels, social media and digital content
Textile & Product Branding
Build presentation strategies for fabrics and textile productsCreate swatch books, brochures, exhibitions and product displaysSupport branding for domestic and international buyersDevelop storytelling around materials, innovation and sourcing
Digital & Customer Experience
Oversee website creatives and product presentationGuide packaging, customer touchpoints and brand communicationEnsure content aligns with brand tone and positioningImprove overall customer experience journey
Execution & Team Coordination
Lead multiple projects simultaneouslyCoordinate with design, marketing, merchandising, production and sales teamsManage creative calendars, launch timelines and execution trackersTravel for exhibitions, shoots, sourcing and collaborations when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
4-8+ years of experience in fashion, apparel, textile, branding or lifestyle industriesStrong understanding of apparel and textile ecosystemsExcellent sense of aesthetics and visual storytellingStrong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behaviorExperience managing campaigns and creative projectsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple brands simultaneouslyStartup mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
