Job Description
The Position Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Queen of Peace, is hiring a Counselor. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, face‑to‑face, goal‑oriented individual and group counseling services while actively participating as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. This role promotes a family‑centered approach to care by encouraging the involvement of children, families, and community partners in the treatment process. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based substance use and mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy. Develop treatment plans, coordinate cases, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with DMH, CSTAR, and COA standards. Assess needs and assist clients in finding their path forward. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members.
