Compliance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility. We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management.This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area. Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:Managing internal and external compliance auditsSupporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processesAssisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirementsDeveloping and improving risk & compliance frameworksSupporting Health & Safety initiatives across the businessChairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidanceLiaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholdersThe Successful Candidate will have: Previous Compliance Management experienceCustoms clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essentialStrong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong analytical and organisational skillsBenefits of the Compliance Manager opportunity: Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
