We are a fast-growing financial services and trading technology company building advanced stock market tools, algo-trading platforms, analytics dashboards, and investor-focused digital products similar to platforms like charting and screening tools used in capital markets.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology strategy and execution for financial products.

Build and scale trading platforms, charting systems, analytics dashboards, and brokerage integrations.

Architect high-performance, low-latency trading systems.

Develop real-time data processing systems (NSE/BSE feeds, APIs, WebSockets).

Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with SEBI guidelines.

Manage and mentor engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data).

Drive AI/ML-based analytics, algorithmic trading models, and financial insights tools.

Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and 99.9% uptime.

Collaborate with product, compliance, and business teams for innovation.

 Technical Skills Required

Strong expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI), Node.js, or similar backend technologies.

Experience in financial market APIs & integrations (broker APIs, exchange feeds).

Knowledge of algorithmic trading systems.

Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Redis, WebSockets).

Strong database expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Cloud & DevOps experience (AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience building charting engines & financial analytics tools preferred.

Understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiar with AI .

 Candidate Profile

Proven experience as CTO / Tech Head in a Fintech, Brokerage, Trading, or Capital Markets company.

Experience in building stock screening / charting / algo trading platforms.

Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

Strategic thinker with execution focus.
