Mandatory Requirements7-12 years of experience in Executive Search / Permanent Staffing / Recruitment Consulting.Proven success in business development and client acquisition.Experience managing recruitment teams and delivery operations.Demonstrated leadership with accountability for business performance.Proven ability to take wnership of the P&L of the business unit responsible forTarget driven and can set and achive teamn targets on monhtly basisWe are looking for somone with Exposure to Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or Automotive hiring.Experience working with mid-size or boutique recruitment firms.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.Comfortable driving both sales and execution.
