Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students and parents through the overseas education process-from shortlisting universities to application submission.Provide accurate and up-to-date information on international universities, courses, admission criteria, and visa processes.Assist students with documentation, application forms, and statement of purpose (SOP) reviews.Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.Maintain student records and update CRM tools regularly.

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).1-3 years of experience in overseas admissions counseling or education consultancy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of admission processes for countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
