Job Description
Lead major front-to-back capital markets transformation. Own delivery on a flagship post-trade platform implementation. About Our Client The client is a global financial services organisation based in New York, operating in a hybrid work environment.
This role is on site 4 days a week in New York, NY. Candidate must already be local to NYC for interviews. Job Description Key responsibilities: Document end-to-end post-trade workflows and identify control gaps.
Serve as functional lead on post-trade platform design and vendor alignment. Define data mappings, integrations, and detailed requirement artefacts. Oversee testing cycles and support go-live readiness and issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: Extensive experience in post-trade operations and capital markets.
Strong knowledge of securities lending, repo, and settlement flows. Solid accounting expertise across GL, subledger, and financial reporting. Proven ability to lead vendor implementations and complex programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills. What's on Offer An hourly pay range of $82 to $95 on a W2 basis, depending on experience. A chance to work with a large organization in the Financial Services industry.
