Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The position involves managing back office operations, supporting sales and finance teams, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal processes, maintaining records, and assisting in communication with team members and stakeholders.
The role also requires handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, including file management and data entryStrong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clientsBasic knowledge in Sales and Finance processesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant office software and toolsAttention to detail and the ability to work independently under minimal supervisionPrior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
