B2B Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate first-mile pickups with 3P partners for FTL/LTL shipments.• Ensure timely appointment-based deliveries for Zepto, Blinkit, SwiggyInstamart, etc.• Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment movement.• Track shipments and handle delays, PODs, and escalations.• Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.• Provide timely updates to category POCs and internal stakeholders.• Maintain daily shipment trackers and MIS reports.• Handle urgent operational issues with ownership and quick resolution.
