Associate/ Sr. Associate - FDD

Responsibilities & Deliverables

– Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, leading work streams within the

due diligence.

– Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash

flows)

– Identification of key issues and carrying out relevant financial analysis

– Taking ownership of smaller assignments or parts of larger assignments, reporting to a VP or SVP

– Writing sections of an FDD / VDD report

– Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order to analyze the drivers of profitability and

evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company

– Build proficiency in industry skills and qualifications

– Learning and deploying new-age technologies to enhance insights and efficiency on engagements

– Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them

– As Senior Associate, take responsibility for learning and development of 1-2 junior members

– Establishing strong professional relationships with internal / external clients
