About Janma FertilityJanma Fertility helps couples improve their chances of conception through a root-cause approach to fertility, hormone health, nutrition, metabolism, and lifestyle.We work with couples experiencing PCOS, irregular cycles, ovulatory dysfunction, insulin resistance, recurrent pregnancy loss, unexplained infertility, male factor and other fertility-related challenges.Our approach combines functional nutrition, physiology, laboratory interpretation, and behavior change coaching to help clients move from confusion to clarity.
Role Overview (WOMEN ONLY)We are looking for an Associate Fertility Practitioner to support client care and case management.This is not a generic nutrition coaching role. You will be expected to think critically, understand physiology, identify patterns in symptoms and laboratory markers, and help clients implement recommendations.
This is a remote full time role.
You will eventually manage a portfolio of clients, with varied issues, while following Janma's methodology and systems.
There will be intensive training done in the first 2 months to get you to speed with how to handle client cases.
Responsibilities
Client Support & CoachingConduct client onboarding and follow-up calls.Review symptom questionnaires and health histories.Answer client questions via WhatsAppTrack compliance and implementation of recommendations.Support clients through behavior change and habit formation.Maintain accurate client notes and records.
Case AnalysisReview reports, questionnaires and identify patterns.Analyze menstrual cycle data, ovulation tracking, and fertility markers.Review food journals and lifestyle factors.Prepare case summaries and recommendations for practitioner review.Monitor client progress and identify areas requiring adjustment.
Fertility & Hormone HealthUnderstand common fertility-related conditions and presentations.Discuss fertility physiology with clients in an educational and supportive manner.Help clients understand nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and metabolic factors that may influence fertility outcomes.Escalate complex medical cases when appropriate.
OperationsMaintain CRM and client tracking systems.Ensure timely follow-up with all active clients.Support protocol documentation and process improvement.Assist in developing educational resources and client materials.
Social Media - You might be required to make 2 - 3 videos per month for our social media account
Ideal CandidateYou genuinely enjoy understanding how the body works.You get excited by questions such as:Why is ovulation delayed for my client?What contributes to insulin resistance?How does thyroid function affect fertility?What patterns on blood work suggest metabolic dysfunction?How do nutrition and lifestyle influence reproductive hormones?
Required SkillsStrong understanding of nutrition and human physiology.Ability to review laboratory reports and identify meaningful patterns.Knowledge of female hormones, menstrual cycles, ovulation, and fertility.Excellent communication and client management skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to learn and follow a structured methodology.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATIONThis is a highly client-facing role. Applicants must possess exceptional spoken and written English communication skills and be comfortable discussing complex health, fertility, and nutrition concepts clearly and confidently with clients.Applications from candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Preferred QualificationsDegree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related health sciences.Functional nutrition or functional medicine training.Experience coaching clients one-on-one.
Scope of PracticeThis role focuses on client education, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, case analysis, and implementation support.The practitioner will operate within their professional qualifications and applicable regulations and will refer clients to appropriate medical professionals when necessary.
What Success Looks LikeWithin 2 months, you are able to:Manage client communication confidently.Review blood work using Janma's framework.Identify common fertility and hormone patterns.Conduct follow-up calls independently.Support clients through implementation and accountability.Escalate complex cases appropriately.
CompensationCompensation will be based on experience, qualifications, clinical reasoning ability, and client-facing experience.
