Overview Conklin & Conklin, LLC is actively seeking a dynamic litigator to practice in the area of eminent domain. This public service position is coupled with an appointment as a Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General. One-on-one training provided.

The firm is virtual with daily Zoom meetings and in-person court appearances as needed. Responsibilities Practice in the area of eminent domain as a litigator. Represent various units of Illinois government as a Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General.

Participate in virtual work with daily Zoom meetings and in-person court appearances as needed. Receive one-on-one training. Qualifications Experience in eminent domain is beneficial but not necessary.

Strong litigation skills and ability to participate in bench trials; readiness for first-chair opportunities.
